Boeing Boeing

An American playboy Bernard Lawrence has cleverly designed a system using the airline timetables to juggle affairs with three different stewardesses. Is it British United air hostess Vicky, Lufthansa air hostess Lise, or is it Air France air hostess Jacqueline? The physical comedy reminds one of the great comic style of Buster Keaton. Watch what happens when the airlines' timetables unexpectedly change! By Marc Camoletti, translated from the French by Beverley Cross and Francis Evans.

The Drowsy Chaperone

This Tony Award winning musical within a play features 1920ís style song and dance numbers. It all begins when a lonely musical-theater fan plays his favorite cast album on his turntable. The musical literally comes to life in his living room, telling the rambunctious tale of a Broadway starlet in her search to find, and keep, her true love. Great fun, music and dance fill the stage from beginning to end. Book by Bob Martin and Don McKellar and music and lyrics by Lisa Lambert and Greg Morrison.

Xanadu

It's hilarity on wheels when Xanadu takes the stage as our summer musical offering! A beautiful Greek muse descends from Mt. Olympus to Venice Beach, California, in a quest to inspire a struggling artist to achieve the greatest creation of his life - a roller disco. Featuring popular '80s songs like "Magic", "All Over The World", "Suddenly", "I'm Alive", "Evil Woman", "Have You Never Been Mellow" and "Xanadu". Winner of the 2008 Broadway critics' award for "Best New Musical", this family friendly musical is a roller-skating, disco-dancing comedy adventure, and a spoof of the 1980s film featuring Olivia Newton-John of the same title. August: Osage County

Written by Tony award winning author Tracy Letts, this Pulitzer and Tony award winning play follows a dysfunctional family as they return to their rural Oklahoma home when the patriarch of the Weston clan is missing. This ferociously funny dark comedy paints a vivid portrait of a Midwestern family at the height of their dysfunction! It balances deep seeded dramatic moments with a large dose of comedy to create a Master Class of theatre.

"Deep and highly entertaining work, consistently rich, raw and intense, filled with viciousness and vicious wit."
