The Ritz Theatre Company is governed by a Board of Trustees. The Producing Artistic Director reports directly to the Board, which is responsible for setting and carrying out policy and for establishing and implementing the philosophy and mission of the theatre.

The Ritz Theatre actively seeks members for our committed and hard-working Board of Directors. Do you have about 5-10 hours per month? Do you love live theatre? Would you like keep the arts alive in our region? Do you consider the Ritz to be an asset to the health of our community? Does it drive you crazy that some locals don’t even know the Ritz is here? If you answered yes, then we want to talk to you!
We’re always seeking professionals with the following skills: legal, accounting, marketing, strategic planning, financial, development, human resources, and community relations, and much more.
